What I do
Turning vision into structured execution.
Many founders are full of ideas, creativity and ambition. But as a business grows, so does the complexity: projects, timelines, teams and endless moving parts.
My role is to bring calm, clarity and structure to that process.
As an Operations & Project Manager, I translate big ideas into clear plans, structured execution and concrete next steps. I oversee projects from start to finish, coordinate the right people and ensure deadlines, budgets and quality stay on track.
So ideas don’t just stay ideas, they actually move forward.

I’m an Operations and Project Manager who loves turning complexity into clarity.
Over the past few years I’ve worked as a strategic sidekick for founders, helping them structure their businesses, manage projects and coordinate teams across different industries and countries.
My work ranges from setting up operational structures and leading projects for international companies to supporting the organization of high-end events and complex productions.
What all these projects have in common is the need for someone who keeps the overview, connects the dots and makes sure everything actually gets done.

When will our collaboration start and how long will we work together?
Our collaboration usually starts with a short introduction call to explore whether we are a good fit. Depending on your needs, we can work together on a project basis (for example around a specific project, launch or event) or through an ongoing collaboration where I support your operations and projects on a continuous basis. Every collaboration is tailored to the complexity of your business and the type of support you need.

What investment do I need to think of?
The investment depends on the scope of the collaboration. Project-based work (such as project management, operational improvements or event coordination) typically starts around €3–4K, depending on the complexity and duration. For ongoing support in operations or project management, I usually work with a monthly retainer based on the expected workload or a dayrate. During our introduction call we will explore what type of collaboration would support your business best.
